Today this woman at the counter was extremely rude and disrespectful towards me. I merely went in to pay for diesel and she told me that due to my parking (opposite way) she could lose her job. She continued to shout at me and talk down. Her ‘manager’ failed to address her and why she made a big deal about my parking Indian woman with a red dot on her forehead i have never seen at my local BP thought she can talk down at me because of my hijab and colour of my skin. She would not dare speak to another person of different colour or gender. She thought she would get away with talking to me like that. Not going back to BP again. Complete discrimination displayed by her. Rude woman needs training!

Worst I've experienced in any BP. Will avoid this place from now on or any petrol station with Costcutter.

I am a regular customer at this service station, Today I had witnessed a traumatising scene where a lady with lots of makeup was shouting at another lady staff behind the till, I haven't seen such kind of event in a petrol station. This service station is really bad I highly do not recommend going here. I will be reporting this to a higher level of organisation.

Every time i have been here the guy serving has not give me the correct change one time i realised and went back in and he had the exact ammount in his hand without me saying a word he knows what he is doing be carefull people i will not be using this garage again

Says on BP website thats there is pumped adblue but none there

Every time i buy 50g benson & hedges tobacco ,its always dry and smells wired and also looks very off and this is only from this shop and ive notice they can never find the price and goes to the back ,i feel theu swap it

Yet again, another poorly run BP garage. No toilet for paying customers. No care given. And yet “BP” will be quick to answer this review and apologise. Hollow words as always with this huge corporation that doesn’t care about anything other than profits
