B P Car Wash

Car was not washed properly, they don't take care And they don't stick to the agreed price of £25 for inside and out. They are extremely rude and don't seem interested in doing the job. If I could give them 0 stars I would. After they wash the car, I parked up for them to clean the inside of the car. When I got out I saw that the alloys are still dirty and they haven't dried the car in time so soap residue still remained. They said the alloys had rust? What? I showed them look I can rub it clean with my finger and it was dirt not rust. They said they wanted an extra £10 - I said that's not what I agreed. They threatened they will call the police and claim off my insurance. These guys are rude and do not know how to wash a car properly. I'll be reporting them to BP and to Trading standards.

Avoid at all costs. The signs all indicate different prices. They then overcharge and claim a small car is a large one to increase the fee! Trading Standards need to investigate. And will be reporting to BP.

Worst car wash ive been to. They are rude. Didnt clean my car properly and when i tried to speak to them they got rude and charged me £25 for a incomplete clean. Must be an illegal operation behind the scenes going on, because they clearly dont need the money. I showed him a dirt spot and asked “brother whats this?”. He replied: “its your car u should know”. I ignored and moved on and asked who is the boss. He replied “were all the boss, bosses dont need to work”. This was all unnecessary. In the picture u see some white marks, he said to me £5 more for this. I said leave it. I went home and wiped it within 5 seconds. Then their board says £20 for a normal sized car. I had a kia niro and he charged me £25. He believes its too big. This is deffo a money laundering operation.

Rubbish car wash avoid does not clean nothing

They r rip off avoid them.they charged me 15£ for outside only and when I asked y they r not cleaning my car roof, first he said because of health and safety reason and when I insisted he said its going to be extra 5£ .rubbish service there were dry soap marks all over the car.first and last time use them.rude ppl

Very bad experience rude lady didn’t even want to see the mess other staff didn’t clean got mud and staines all over my car please avoid and use pit stop on let street for a more rewarding wash and clean avoid crystal wash at all cost

I went there yesterday and paid £15 for just outside wash of my Skoda Kodiaq. Was not cleaned or dried properly. Also, as one car is washed another vehicle is sprayed next to it which results in fine water droplets landing onto your car. When I came home I noticed a number places had hairline scratches on the body which wasn't there before therefore they damaged it. A complete waste of money. Will never use them again.

Washing was not done proper.... very rude guys..they push for complete washing for 25..if we don't, then the do usless wash for exterior for 10

Absolutely the worst service I would not recommend this car wash to anyone

The first time, it was good, so I went there for a car wash twice. But today, I went and it was a disaster. They didn't even use enough foam, and the cleaning was a 1 out of 10. They used to be really good before, which is why I chose to go again, but I shouldn't have. Maybe it's because I only wanted an outside wash, not the full package. Even if it's only outside, they should clean it properly and not leave spots here and there. When I was checking my car, I saw dirt outside again, and I had to ask them to clean it properly. So I wouldn't recommend this place. Giving it 5 stars for the worst experience.

DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH!! Snapped my aerial off! The drying machine in the automated car wash does not sense aerials and so cuts right through them! Dont use unless you want a broken aerial too
