Each car takes at least 10 minutes to wash, the machine is super slow. Prepare to wait a long while for a mediocre wash - go to the one at London Colney instead which is super fast and great value

It only use wax for washing without shampoo and without rinsing. And that left marks on the car. Someone is really did that on purpose.

Handy place to spruce up your motor

Always shut. DO NOT rely upon this. Also do not rely upon the air machine for tyres, it’s also always broken. You’d think they could fix given the crazy price increases across their stores….

In my opinion this is the worst car wash in the world. The machinery basically doesn't work, and when I complain the staff tell me it's my fault and I cannot have a refund. Only when I pointed out the Consumer Rights Act last time did they suddenly have a change of heart and give me my £6 back. I find the staff surly and rude - a far cry from the lovely team who used to have a business there and would give my car a fabulous and thorough wash by hand for a low price and who couldn't have been more helpful. I will wash my own car from now on thanks.

Isn’t working often and then they try to avoid issuing refunds. On top of that they tried to treat me like a trouble maker when I asked for refund.

Rubbish overpriced crap

New Jet wash is complete rubbish. Wasted £8. Cold water doesn't do the work. Lance hose is hard and heavy....hitting car like crazy (should be hanging over the car spinning around) foam is barely going. Car stayed as dirty as it was. Just rubbish

Avoid. Doesn't work. It never works.

Avoid at all costs. Car wash doesn't work. When I flagged this, I was told not to worry & that it would work. I paid, it didn't work and was then told they couldn't issue refunds. Don't waste your time/money and go elsewhere.

Most times I've run into technical issues to pay (ie start) car wash.
