Be careful! left my car all scratched up telling me it.was a rat 😅 and refusing to provide insurance details so they can decide who is at fault (I have pictures and quote from detailing company proofing all marks are fresh consistent with a car wash - circular swirl ) looks like illegal business so will take this further so be careful if you don't want to be in the same position...

I went there on a busy day and they cleaned my car quickly. I wasn’t fully satisfied with the car wash at first, but the staff were friendly and easy to talk to. They were happy to redo the cleaning to make sure I was satisfied, which I really appreciated. Great customer service

Always do a great job. From £20 quick wash and clean to £50 valet. Always happy. Think some people need to understand what a proper valet would cost in this area. Anything from £200 upwards. Great value for money.

The standard inside and out is average at best but for £20 they would clean my car at a price point I could settle for (been twice before). Today however I thought to try the “Super Valet” as wanted to give my car a deep clean and polish following a long 400 mile trip with the family. They were terrible. Firstly I asked for price of the standard in and out wash and was quoted £35 even though paid £25 6 weeks ago and thought to go with the Super Valet as it covered more. However, I was to learn to be mistaken. No detail, let alone “fine detailing”, no wax (I did ask where was the cherry glaze wax but they said it was a spray I said no…and not even fully cleaned either as per another review. Didn’t even clean the dashboard and I did have to ask for areas to be recleaned. The chap cleaning said they could not take make up off from passenger side door are. Man came with a hard bristle brush to try clean plastics in the car - and I thought enough is enough. I got fed up, and worried after the scratches left on some of the plastic in car, Left quickly and came home and did a reclean on inside of car - inc cup holder mats that I left out for them to clean and wipe away residue from a drink. Alloy wheels were not clean either. Had to do those at home Avoid this place - total rip off and not safe with premium vehicles. I got Robbed today. It wasn’t even that busy, 1 car behind me but no other cars.

Well I can't say I was particularly thrilled with my first experience here. It seemed very rushed- so much so that they didn't even bother to hoover my boot shelf and didn't dry the exterior properly. After paying £25 I do not expect to come home and do it myself. Safe to say I will not be going back
