The automatic car wash itself is new, but the payment system is a complete disappointment. Every time I come here and try to pay at the automatic payment machine, it gives an error. I always end up having to go into the shop, pay manually, get a code, and then come back to use the wash. It’s frustrating and wastes time. On top of that, the code entry keypad looks incredibly old and worn out, especially considering this car wash only opened a few months ago. The display is damaged and difficult to read, and the whole unit feels outdated and unreliable. If you’re investing in a new automatic car wash, the payment system should actually work. Please fix the payment machine and replace the old keypad. It really lets the whole experience down.

Location is good, however for the amount being charged the time allocated is inadequate, half of the washer units are not working, brushes are wasted and full of debris. I only used the pressure washer this time as I didn't want to scratch my paint so went elsewhere.please look into offering more value for money. Thanks

Foam lance was not working and car blower couldn’t push a bead of water. Absolute waste of £8

Do not use vacuum. Very minimal suction . Complete waste of £2

I tried three of the jet wash machines, one only released foam and the other two released no water after having taken payment. Don’t use.
